What opportunity are you trying to unlock over the next six months?
You’ve already proven you’re capable. But building what’s next requires more than experience, ambition, and hard work. It requires the right perspective, the right conversations, and the right people in your corner.
Raise the next $100,000 in funding.
Land your first enterprise client.
Build a six-figure consulting business.
Package your feature film.
Step into executive leadership.
Grow your organization.
Launch the idea you've been sitting on.
Whatever it is, you’ve probably reached the point where working harder isn’t the answer anymore.
Over the last twenty years, I’ve worked with founders, filmmakers, nonprofit CEOs, executives, and entrepreneurs navigating very different opportunities.
Underneath those differences, I keep seeing the same challenge:
What actually deserves my attention right now?
When you're capable, the problem usually isn't whether you can do something. It's knowing whether it's the right thing to do next.
Every yes costs time, money, attention, or access to something else. And the more opportunities you have, the more expensive the wrong yes becomes.
The Edit Room is a six-month group advisory experience combining my strategic judgment, a curated community of accomplished, generous people across industries, and space to test ideas and rehearse important conversations. Together, we challenge assumptions, identify the real problem, and turn insight into better decisions and action.
Who’s It For
The Edit Room isn’t for people looking for another course. It’s for people who are serious about building something meaningful over the next six months, not someday. Now.
Maybe that’s securing an investor, landing an enterprise client, earning a promotion, or finally launching the business you’ve been thinking about for years.
You've already proven you're capable. What you're looking for now is perspective.
You could pursue six different opportunities. You could probably make several of them work. The harder question is which one deserves your attention now, what needs to happen first, and what you're too close to see on your own.
Because being capable of doing something doesn't mean it's the right thing to do next.
The next level requires more than additional information. It requires discernment: knowing what matters, what doesn't, what to test before you build, what to stop doing, and where your time, money, and attention will produce the greatest return.
If you're open to being challenged, willing to rethink old assumptions, and ready to build alongside other thoughtful people navigating their own next chapter, I'd love to have you in the room.
One great conversation can absolutely change the way you think.
It's the conversations that follow, as new opportunities, challenges, and decisions show up, that change what you actually do.
That's why I created The Edit Room: to give you ongoing access to the perspective and pattern recognition that helps you decide what matters now, what can wait, and what your next move should be.
What's Included
-
Join a live 90-minute advisory session each month. Bring the opportunity, decision, or conversation you're working through, and together we'll identify what's really getting in the way and determine the highest-leverage move.
-
When you need another perspective between sessions, send me a voice note. I'll help you think through an important decision, conversation, or opportunity before you move forward.
-
Join a live 60-minute practice session where we take what you're working on and put it into action. Role-play the pitch. Practice the conversation. Test the message. Work through how you'll approach the opportunity before you have to do it for real.
-
Each month, you'll receive a recorded Leadership Edit where I break down one real member challenge and walk you through how I'm thinking about it, what assumptions I'd challenge, and where I'd focus first.
Even if the situation isn't yours, chances are you'll recognize something in your own work.
-
Building what's next can get lonely. The Edit Room is intentionally small, bringing together founders, executives, creatives, and leaders across industries. Different perspectives challenge familiar assumptions. Shared ambition and generosity build relationships with people who share what they're learning and care about helping one another move forward.

How We’ll Work Together
Each month follows a simple rhythm designed to keep you moving forward.
Week 1 | Live Edit Room
Join our live 90-minute advisory session to work through real opportunities, decisions, and leadership challenges.
Week 2 | Edit Notes
Send a voice note when you need another perspective on an important conversation, decision, or opportunity.
Week 3 | Reinforcement Lab
Join a live 60-minute practice session to role-play the pitch, test the message, rehearse the conversation, or practice whatever you need to execute next.
Week 4 | Leadership Edit of the Month
Receive a recorded Leadership Edit where I break down one member's real situation and walk you through how I'd approach it.
Then we start again.
Meaningful opportunities rarely unfold in a straight line. One decision creates new information. A conversation changes the strategy. Something you thought you needed becomes unnecessary. An opportunity you couldn't see three months ago suddenly becomes possible.
That's why The Edit Room is a six-month advisory experience.
It gives us enough time to test before you overbuild, learn from what happens, revisit earlier assumptions, and make the next decision with better information than you had before.
The goal isn't to predict every move on day one. It's to make the best decision available now, learn from it, and keep refining the path as you go.

Joining The Edit Room *
The Edit Room is intentionally small because I care much more about who's in the room than how many people are in the room. I'm building a room of people who are willing to be vulnerable, generous with what they know, and genuinely invested in seeing other people succeed.
Step 1 | Apply
Tell me about the opportunity you're trying to unlock. I'll ask a few questions about what you're building, why now, and what success would look like over the next six months.
Step 2 | Fit Conversation
If it feels like we're a good fit, I'll invite you to join The Edit Room and begin building toward the opportunity you're ready to unlock.
Step 3 | Build Your Six-Month Roadmap
Before our first session, you'll complete a short planning exercise that helps us get clear on the opportunity you're trying to unlock, what success looks like, and the biggest opportunities and obstacles standing in your way. The goal isn't to create a perfect plan. It's to make sure we're solving the right problem from day one.
Inside The Edit Room, we call this your First Cut Blueprint because it's exactly that, the first version. We'll continue refining it as you gain clarity, test ideas, and make progress over the next six months.
Investment
$495 per month
Six-month advisory experience
The investment in The Edit Room is $2,970 over six months.
But the more important calculation is what one better decision could be worth.
Landing the right client sooner. Testing an idea before spending six months building it. Recognizing the opportunity you've been overlooking. Avoiding an investment you didn't need to make. Knowing when to move and when to leave something alone.
The Edit Room is designed to help you make better decisions in the right order, so your time, money, attention, and experience are going toward the opportunities most likely to move you forward.
I can't promise I'll solve every problem you bring me. But I can promise this: I won't let you spend six months solving the wrong one.
-
Not in the traditional sense.
The Edit Room is an advisory experience. My role is to challenge your thinking, help you identify patterns you may be too close to see, and offer perspective as you navigate meaningful opportunities. Coaching is certainly part of that, but this is really about strengthening your judgment over time.
-
People who are actively building something. That might be a business, a film, a nonprofit, a new role, or the next chapter of their career. The common thread is that they're serious about making progress and no longer want to figure it out alone.
-
Should I build this before I sell it? Is this certification actually necessary? Which opportunity deserves my attention first? Why isn't this offer gaining traction? Am I talking to the right customer? What am I overlooking? Should I invest in marketing yet? How do I turn the experience I already have into something people will pay for?
-
Edit Notes are designed for those moments when you need another perspective before making an important decision or responding to an unexpected challenge. You can send one voice note per week (up to five minutes) focused on a single situation. I'll respond within two business days with my perspective, questions, and recommendations.
If the situation needs a deeper conversation, we'll bring it into the next Live Edit Room or discuss whether a private Leadership Edit would be more helpful.
-
Absolutely.
One of the reasons The Edit Room is designed as a six-month experience is so we have time to work through the opportunities, decisions, and challenges that matter most to you.
Some months you'll have a situation you'd like the group to weigh in on. Other months, you'll find yourself learning just as much from someone else's conversation. That's one of the unexpected benefits of working alongside other thoughtful leaders who are building meaningful things.
My goal isn't to answer every question in one session. It's to help you make meaningful progress over the six months we're working together.
If we don't have time to fully unpack your situation during a Live Edit Room, that's exactly what Edit Notes are for. You can send me a voice note, and I'll share my perspective, questions, and recommendations there. Then we'll continue building on that conversation throughout your membership.
-
Every Live Edit Room is recorded, so you'll still be able to watch the discussion and learn from the conversations.
You'll also continue receiving your monthly Leadership Edit, Reinforcement Lab, and Edit Notes throughout your membership.
-
Probably not.
The Edit Room is designed for people who already have momentum and are trying to unlock what's next, not people who are still deciding whether they want to begin. If you're still exploring ideas or looking for step-by-step instruction, there are probably better places to start.
